We are committed to providing excellent service and delivering outstanding results, regardless of the quantity or frequency of your design requests, which will be fulfilled sequentially.

 The turnaround time for your designs will depend on the complexity and scope of your project. Once you provide us with a design brief and any necessary materials, our team will work diligently to create initial design concepts for your review. We aim to provide you with these initial concepts as quickly as possible, usually within a few business days.

We have a talented team of creative professionals with a passion for design. They are skilled and experienced in various aspects of design, including graphic design, web design, logo design, and more. Our designers have expertise in using design software and tools to bring your vision to life.

Our pause feature allows you to temporarily suspend your design project. When you request to pause, simply let us know the duration, and we will halt the design process during that period. No work or revisions will be done until you’re ready to resume the project. Once you notify us, we will pick up where we left off. The pause feature provides flexibility and control over the timeline of your project, allowing you to manage it according to your needs.

Billing cycles are based on 31 day period. Let’s say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you’ll have 10 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.

Our designers are proficient in using a variety of industry-standard design programs and software.  We leverage a combination of great tools namely Figma, Webflow, Adobe suite, Elementor, Canva and WordPress to name a few.

On10 Digital offers a ton of flexibility in how you request designs using Trello. Some common ways clients request designs is directly via Trello, sharing Google docs or wireframes, or even recording a brief Loom video (for those who prefer not to write their briefs out). Basically, if it can be linked to or shared in Trello, it’s fair game.

No problem! We’ll continue to revise the design until you’re 100% satisfied, we don’t settle for less.

Just pause your subscription when finished and return  when you have additional design needs. There’s no need to let the remainder of your subscription go to waste.

If for any reason you’re not satisfied with our work, we’ve got you covered. You can request a refund within 7 days of billing, although we’re confident that won’t be necessary given the high standards of our work.
